Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new content and revise existing marketing materials, with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and readability of corporate resumes and project descriptions
- Must be a proactive multitasker with the capacity to work in support of multiple regional teams, meet deadlines, and collaborate with professionals across a growing enterprise
- Responsible for updating and maintaining employee profiles, project narratives, and data stored on various SharePoint sites
- Must be able to work in a corporate environment, represent the Marketing Operations group professionally, and share the firm's commitments to integrity, partnership, and optimism
Requirements:
- Must possesses strong editing/writing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and dexterity across content platforms
- Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously and learn to clearly express technical procedures while minimizing jargon
Qualifications:
- College degree, preferably in English, Journalism, Liberal Arts, or other relevant writingintensive fields of study
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat and InDesign
- Experience with Power BI, Workday, Deltek, and CRM platforms will be viewed as a plus
- Minimum of four (4) years of professional editorial experience
- Curiosity about the built environment, architecture, engineering, and infrastructure also will be viewed as plusses
Compensation Range:
$54, $72,223.00
