- Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements and design technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
- Support the full systems life cycle, spanning a broad range of applications, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of application software.
- Design, develop, and test applications using proven or emerging technologies, adhering to information systems and application architecture standards.
- Provide project management support and lead projects as needed.
- Contribute to the stabilization and growth of internal Master Data Management solutions for a major healthcare payer.
- Create and maintain components that interact with IBM Infosphere MDM SE and Informatica MDM to manage mastered data across the enterprise.
- Generate master identifiers for key business entities and establish sources of truth for corporate reference data.
- Develop and maintain System Development Lifecycle Deliverables in accordance with organizational processes.
- Provide after-hours support for team on-call rotation and project or maintenance activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Five (5) years of advanced MDM programming techniques and application design required.
- Experience in systems design, development, database development, testing, and integration methodologies required.
- Experience designing, developing, and testing applications using IBM Infosphere and Informatica MDM software required.
- Proficiency in JAVA, SQL (Oracle), Stone Branch, and monitoring tools like Dynatrace required.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of basic statistics calculations.
- Experience with normalized data and scripting in Python and PERL.
- Familiarity with data bricks platform and Relito's Connected Data Platform.
- Knowledge of Informatica and Ataccama reference data management platforms preferred.
