Are you looking for a rewarding career? Do you want to make a difference in a child's life? East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking individuals for paid on-the-job training as Teacher assistant/Float in our Head Start preschool classrooms in Warren.

Due to the critical nature of this position to provide services to the children, EBCAP is offering a two-step sign-on bonus totaling $1000 for external applicants.

Under the direction and supervision of a Lead Teacher, the teacher assistant float will work with a classroom team of professionals to provide a supportive classroom environment, assist in classroom activities, and ensure that children are always supervised.

RI Department of Education Certificate of Completion of Teacher Assistant Training _or_

6 college credit hours in Early Childhood Education coursework _or_

Child Development Associate (CDA)_

This is a full-time (35-hour/week) position.
