Job Description:


  • You will be responsible for the timely and accurate recording of service documents and waste management services.
  • You will handle projectrelated written correspondence and serve as the main point of contact for our business clients.
  • You will personally or as part of a team implement new waste management projects in your area of expertise.
  • You will support and contribute to the optimization of work processes and the development of digital processes.
  • You will act as the interface to the finance department for debt collection and monthly/yearly closing.
  • You will be the first point of contact for handling complaints and serve as the interface to the complaint management team.

Personal Profile:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You have a selfsufficient and customeroriented approach.
  • You have good organizational skills and can prioritize effectively.
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and work in a careful and reliable manner.
  • You see change as an opportunity and want to actively shape it.
  • You have knowledge of MS Office
