- Maintains the faculty qualifications, faculty hiring, program coordinator, and other Academic Affairs workflows. Assists Academic Affairs with the student worker hiring process.
- Conducts research and reporting activities for projects within Academic Affairs. This includes research for peer comparison activities, grants, and projects of value to Academic Affairs. Assists the Undergraduate and Graduate Councils with information and research needs.
- Serves as project manager for special projects within Academic Affairs. Maintains project timelines, coordinates project communication efforts, and ensures projects remain on schedule.
- Serves as the point of contact for the grade appeal, academic integrity, and academic success plan course processes.
- Maintains the daily operations of the office, including the schedule for the Senior Associate Provost and other Associate Provosts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
