**The Role:**
Responsible for the Selling Process, including Customer Loyalty, Motorcycle Sales and Gross Profit.
Locate new prospects, follow-up with those prospects and encourage repeat business.
Attend sales and training meetings as assigned. You will have numerous opportunities to train in formal and informal settings.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with our internal customers (Service, Body Shop, Parts, and General Merchandise).
Lead the Foundation of our Sales Culture.
Be familiar with new products, features, and accessories and showcase them.
