- Creating/managing project schedule to achieve desired outcomes from Joint Reengineering process queue based on team capacity
- Manages day-to-day execution and co-facilitation (w/ GOV Lead) of working sessions
- Ensures application of BPR best practices, mitigation of existing pain points, and capture of key outputs (Enterprise Architecture, DOTMLPF-P actions, and Requirements)
- Delivers updates to internal and external stakeholders on Joint Reengineering execution and outcomes
- Experience within the Department of Defense executing similar transformation work
- Strong communication skills across a variety of user communities
- Ability to manage multiple lines of effort and competing priorities and ensure successful mission accomplishment across all lines
- Experience applying Agile methodology to project execution
- Understanding of SAP and S4/HANA business processes
- Ability to tie execution of project plan and associated results to strategic framework/CONOPS
