Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying potential clients, and efficiently scheduling inspections and meetings according to supervisor availability and proximity.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide potential clients towards scheduling appointments. Emphasize the value and benefits of our services to encourage commitment to appointments.
Answer incoming calls on the main line promptly and professionally.
Identify potential clients' needs and concerns and schedule meetings or inspections accordingly.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of dispatching duties.
Coordinate and keep track of supervisors' schedules, ensuring optimal time management and resource allocation.
Communicate effectively with field supervisors to relay important information and updates from clients.
Ensure accurate and uptodate documentation of all dispatching activities and client interactions.
Responsible for answering phones incoming calls received outside of company hours, ensuring prompt responsiveness and excellent customer service around the clock.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar dispatching or customer service role, preferably in the restoration, construction industry, or home services.
Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay:
$50, $75,000.00 per year
