    System Administrator (Mac OS)

    Position Description:
    E-volve Technology Systems, Inc. is hiring a mid-level System Administrator with Mac OS expertise to support a federal government customer. Current Apple certification is preferred.


    Duties and responsibilities:
    Work as part of a technical team meeting current business needs for operating systems and developing solutions for future technical enhancements

    Provide support for Apple integration in a Windows environment for Mac computers and mobile devices

    Support Apple applications development in an enterprise environment providing knowledge of Mac OSX, interations knowledge, and troubleshooting capabilities

    Provide excellent client service

    Support desktop environment, configuring, and management of network equipment

    Support technical analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution

    Identify and implement system updates and enhancements

    Support program metrics to meet deliverable schedules

    Support program documentation and compliance documentation, as needed


    Education and qualifications:
    U.S. citizenship

    Current TS/SCI security clearance

    Current CI polygraph

    Bachelor's degree in an IT field

    6+ years of experience providing desktop and network support and troubleshooting in a Windows environment

    2+ years of current/recent experience with Apple application development and Apple integration in a Windows environment for Mac computers and mobile devices

    Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration

    Ability to follow, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    Experience configuring, managing, and maintaining network equipment

    Strong written and verbal English communication skills to excel in a blended team environment

    Strong organizational abilities, critical thinking skills, and self-starter mindset

    Demonstrated customer service skills to excel in a client-focused environment

    Ability to support on-site schedule


    Preferred experience:
    Apple Certified System Administrator or Apple Certified Professional Certification preferred

    Experience working with SharePoint is a plus
