    Ophthalmology Practice for Sale - Westchester County, NY

    Description:

    We are looking for a buyer to purchase an established Ophthalmology practice with an incredible reputation of positive patient care in the community. This is an ideal practice for an Ophthalmologist who would like an opportunity to take over an office turn-key & have the ability to build continued growth with a large patient base.

    Included in practice sale:
    • All office technology
    • Equipment
    • Furniture
    • EMR
    Purchase price: $1,200,000
    • The building is not included in sale.
    • Rent is affordable in a beautifully updated medical building. The space is immaculate.
    • There is ample free parking for patients and staff in this location.
    • This is the only Eyecare practice in the building which allows for continued referrals from other specialties.
    • The current MD sees over 100 patients a week and is willing to stay on board to help make sure the transition goes smoothly until 2025 if needed
    • The current MD is not doing surgery and referring all LASIK & Cataract patients on a co-managing basis. This MD also refers out all Glaucoma laser and surgical cases. Glasses and contact lens fitting are being currently referred out as well.
    • There is a huge opportunity for an MD to keep those patients in-house for surgery without needing to refer them out.
    • There is currently 1 lane with a waiting room. The office has a 2nd space that can be converted to a 2nd lane.
