In La Porte, TX, we at Sozialwerk St. Georg provide services to enable people with assistance needs to live self-determined and equal lives in our society. We support around 4,500 people with assistance needs in North Rhine-Westphalia.

At our facility Zentrales Wohnen in Ascheberg, we offer assistance services for 24 people with mental illness as part of integration assistance.

The position is based at our location in Ascheberg.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will join our team in Personal Assistance and support clients in achieving their personal goals.
  • Together with the clients, you will work on identifying possible resources and assistance needs. As their contact person, you will be a facilitator, advisor, and supporter in their daily lives.
  • In collaboration with the participation support at Sozialwerk St. Georg, you will implement the results of the overall planning process and provide tailored, individual support services in the assistance.
