Social Insurance Specialists (m/f/d)

Your potential areas of responsibility:

In person, over the phone or online: You provide customer service and advise our clients on all social insurance matters from A (such as sick leave) to Z (such as dental prosthetics) or questions regarding medical rehabilitation and preventive measures.

You advise and support employers and/or voluntary insured individuals in the Employer Service and Self-Payer teams on social insurance issues such as contribution calculations (health insurance, longterm care insurance, unemployment insurance, pension insurance), choice of health insurance company. You are also responsible for clarifying the ongoing contribution accounts of voluntary insured individuals and/or setting up and maintaining employer accounts.

Your profile:

You have completed training as a Social Insurance Specialist or as a Business Administrator in the Healthcare Sector (m/f/d).
We also welcome career changers such as tax clerks, administrative clerks, legal assistants, bank clerks, insurance clerks or dialogue marketing clerks (m/f/d).
You have a positive attitude and enjoy advising different clients.
You are
