- Oversee all day-to-day operational activities that support the advisor's ability to deliver a fantastic client experience.
- Ensure all transaction processing follows internal procedures and compliance with regulations.
- Taking ownership and understanding of all tools/platforms and their various functions to support the client experience.
- Provide ongoing support, supervision, training, and development opportunities for team members, offering guidance and informing best practices.
- Develop and maintain written standard operating procedures, how-to documents, and workflow diagrams.
- Gather research & resources for internal and client facing packages from industry platforms.
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely delivery of managing reports to key stakeholders.
- Establish and report on Key Performance Indicators to track and manage success.
- High-level understanding/work experience of Investment Operations, Portfolio Management.
- Experience with specific platforms; ex: Schwab, Orion, Fidelity, Salesforce, e-money.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to recognize priorities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks within tight time frames.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of employees.
- Proven ability to manage staff development and performance.
- Proficiency in navigating various technology tools.
- The ideal applicant has 3+ years of People Management Experience & 5+ years of industry experience.

The Director of Operations will focus on streamlining and improving the Advisor's day to day operations. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all business operations and client service platforms for the advisor's team. This individual will look for ways to create efficiencies and provide ongoing support to ensure the highest level of efficiency. They will be expected to create and implement procedures to lead Best-In-Class operations. In addition, will be responsible for the success of the administrative/service team.
