The Catholic Parish Community of Moose Lake, MN is currently seeking a Volunteer Coordinator (m/f/d) for the Catholic parishes in Moose Lake.

This is a part-time position hours per week) and is a temporary maternity and parental leave replacement.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, support, and advise volunteer engagement
  • Develop support measures and initiatives to recruit and support volunteers
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of a volunteer network
  • Promote a culture of appreciation and recognition for volunteers

Qualifications:

  • Completed university degree with a focus on education or a comparable degree or vocational training with relevant additional qualifications
  • Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire, work in a team, and have empathy for the topic of volunteering
  • Experience in project and management work, open to new ideas and innovative experiments
  • Member of the Catholic Church or a member of the ACK and identify with Christian goals and values
