Responsibilities:
You keep track of technical operations for all properties.

You obtain quotes for technical services and evaluate them.

You administer maintenance contracts and maintain a maintenance calendar for all properties.

You create documentation and reports on operations and are responsible for transferring them to IT systems and technical documents.


Qualifications:
You enjoy organizing, are empathetic, and act very solution-oriented.

Even in difficult moments, you keep a cool head.

Very structured and confident handling of MS Excel.

You enjoy working in a team and have at least 5 years of professional experience.
