SUVI is seeking a Service Desk Manager to oversee and manage Information Technology support services in alignment with the mission of the Government.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the organization's IT Service Desk.
  • Identify, research, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and manage escalation procedures to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
