We are offering an APPRENTICESHIP AS A DAIRY LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (M/F/D) at our location in Würzburg

STARTING IN 09/2024.

Würzburger Milchwerke GmbH is a company of the Lactalis Group and was founded in 2022.

At our production site in Würzburg, we process approximately tons of milk into drinking milk (ESL), whipped cream, sour cream, cooking cream, cocoa drinks, in reusable glass and carton packaging, natural and fruit yogurts, sour milk products, ayran, coffee drinks, desserts and pudding.

YOUR TASKS * Taking samples for chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis * Conducting chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses of ingredients such as raw milk and process controls, as well as finished products * Documenting, evaluating, and assessing the results obtained * Implementing applicable hygiene rules WHAT YOU BRING * Knowledge of hygiene rules * Ability to take samples and conduct analyses * Documentation skills * Attention to detail
