We are currently looking for an

Event Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Support in contract processing with agencies and service providers
  • Communication with agencies, printers, and other service providers
  • Documentation of offers and invoices, creation in SAP, and support of budget control for marketing & sales budget
  • Initiation and monitoring of internal approval procedures for advertising materials
  • Management of the webshop for advertising materials
  • Coordination of delivery of advertising materials and stands for regional and local events
  • Support in planning and execution of national events, congresses, and sponsorships
  • Support in planning and organizing regional and national internal marketing and sales meetings
  • Organization of business trips and expenses for the commercial sales team in coordination with the field sales team
  • Contact person for all administrative matters of the commercial
