Your Impact:


What You'll Do:


  • Operates all material handling equipment including flat trucks, pallet movers, and VRC lifts
  • Receives shipment and supplies from outside vendors and checks against purchase order for accuracy
  • Delivers supplies and shipments to appropriate department or individual and ensure signature is obtained as proof of receipt
  • Receives and checks all incoming chemicals for proper labeling; adheres to MSDS protocols
  • Upon delivery of shipments or supplies signed packing slip is matched with PO and submitted to Director of Purchasing for processing
  • Manages UPS shipments as needed
  • Prepares PAR level and backorder reports as needed and forwards to Director of Purchasing
  • Maintains various logs and checklists as part of exiting practices.
  • Participates in an annual physical inventory; may be asked by Finance to perform periodic cycle counts as needed.
  • Delivers emergency supplies as needed

What We are Looking for:


  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Must have oneyear experience as a warehouse employee.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
  • Must have proficient math skills.
  • Must possess basic computer skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Excel and the internet.
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with other employees, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
  • Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm; be willing to interact with residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
  • Must be willing to seek out new methods as needed and to incorporate them into existing practices. Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.

Pay Rate for this Role:
$17.13/ hour
