The Epic ClinDoc Applications Analyst III supervises and provides technical guidance to the staff in the development of specifications for new or revised systems.


Responsibilities

  • Assists in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the section.
  • Coordinates the activities of the section with other IT sections (e.g., database, telecommunications, operations, technical support, etc.).
  • Acts as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process.
  • Assists in all levels of supervision and may perform management function in the absence of the Manager.
  • May act as a project leader.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

Education:


  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience:


  • Five years of solid, diverse work experience in IT
  • Epic ClinDoc certification and experience required
  • Epic HOD certification and experience is a plus

Compensation Statement


The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.

The salary range for this role is $99, $148,800.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need.

The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
