    Does the idea of an open, challenging and collaborative environment put a smile on your face? A major company is looking for work from home call center representatives to join the Customer Care team in Charlotte, NC. The Customer Service Representative will take inbound calls for a variety of customer and partner related issues.

    Shift:

    Available for an 8 hour shift between 9:00AM-9:00PM Monday-Friday Pay: $18.00/hr.

    Responsibilities:

    • Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed.
    • Route calls as needed to appropriate resource.
    • Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
    • Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team.
    • Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately.
    • Other projects as assigned by supervisor.

    Requirements:

    • 1 year of call center experience required and listed on your resume within the past 2 years
    • Must live within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Dependable and able to adhere to schedule.
    • Effective problem solving skills.
    • Effective listening skills.

    Work from Home Equipment Requirements:

    • Must possess your own computer (IT CANNOT BE A CHROMEBOOK-our software isn't compatible and your computer cannot have a Celeron Processor)., USB headset and high speed internet with hardwire capability.
    • USB Headset to plug into the computer
    • Hardwired internet using an Ethernet cable
