Description
TINDOL GUEST EXPERIENCE CENTER - Looking for enthusiastic, customer service oriented individuals to join our Service BDC Team to answer phones, assist with questions, make appointments, and follow-up with customers.
Sales and/or Service BDC experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. Schedule is Monday-Friday with one Saturday from 8-12 once a month (40 hours total).- Organizational skills and be able to multitask.
- Communication skills include active listening, asking questions for clarification.
- Interpersonal skills like empathy and patience.
- Great phone skills to communicate with customers.
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities.
- Customerfocused approach to trouble shooting, resolving problems, and ensuring repeat business.
- The capacity to learn different software systems.
- Good data entry computer skills.
- Willingness to fulfill team responsibilities and demonstrates personal commitment to the team.
- Cooperate with team members to resolve problems to ensure team goals are achieved.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
