Merchants (m/f/d) for Office Management

Structure and Organization

This profession provides core qualifications to handle complex office and business processes.

In addition, at least two out of 8 elective qualifications must be chosen, in which the trainee will be trained for five months each. Such elective qualifications include, for example,
Assistance and Secretariat, Purchasing, Logistics, Human Resources,
Public Relations and Event Management, Marketing and Sales, as well as Order Control and Coordination.

Practical Training

The training location is our headquarters in Bad Hindelang. Vocational school lessons take place in Immenstadt. The training duration is 3 years (shortening to 2.5 years is possible depending on suitability)

Tasks and Training Content

During the training period, you will go through all commercial departments at Homestead. You have two main focuses that must be determined before the training. You will spend 20 weeks in each of these departments. This way, you will get to know the versatility of our company. You will be trained in tasks by your colleagues and can discover your strengths.
