    Description

    Summary:

    This position is responsible for handling and oversight of all administration of accounting related activities needed to support clients.

    This position reports directly to and works under the VP and acts as a direct liaison direction of the Accounting Manager

    Responsibilities

    Implementation and set up of client G/L descriptions and coding for reporting & interfaces.
    Oversee accuracy and delivery of client financial reports and reimbursements
    Oversight and monitoring of banking and transaction files (i.e. bank, lockbox, credit card).
    Oversight of Client invoicing and A/R and collections.
    Work with Accounting and Call Center Operations to ensure SLA on payment exception processing and payment issues
    Act as financial liaison for supporting divisions (i.e. Accounting, Call Center, Legal, Sales, etc.)
    Key and instrumental involvement with Implementation team during new client program and set up.
    Client resource for G/L set up and requested changes.
    Client support as it relates to financial reporting and funding.
    Perform billing corrections as needed to ensure proper posting/coding as it relates to financial reporting.
    Provide support for client finance and accounting contacts

    Skills & Requirements

    Utility industry experience (or similar industry)
    Financial reporting and G/L experience
    Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking skills
    Detail Oriented
    Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word
