What we offer:

Collective agreement:
Starting basic salary in full-time from €3,490.40 gross/month with an increase up to €4,239.52 gross/month plus annual special payments and pension scheme

What you bring:

Interest in accompanying, promoting and supporting our trainees
You possess pedagogical and professional competence and convince us with communication skills and organizational ability.
Driver's license class B


What to expect:
You gradually guide our trainees to independently perform their professional tasks.
Regular reflection discussions with trainees
