These are your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for independently issuing wastewater tax notices, processing and issuing water permits according to Art.

15 and 70 BayWG (especially small sewage treatment plants), enforcing the regulation on facilities handling hazardous substances, and issuing suitability determination notices according to - 63 WHG.

In addition to water supervision measures, your tasks will include conducting administrative offense proceedings in the assigned area of responsibility.


This is what you bring:

  • Completed training as a public administration clerk (m/f/d) or successful completion of the first professional examination or successful acquisition of the second qualification level (formerly middle nontechnical administrative service)

Alternatively:
completed training as a legal assistant (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d) with the willingness to complete the first employee training course within a temporary employment relationship of two years
