Technical Sales Support Employee (m/f/d) in Elkland, PA:

We are looking for you - permanent and full-time for the following tasks:

  • Responsibility for the entire bidding process from proposal creation to submission
  • Analysis and evaluation of bidding documents
  • Development and implementation of bidding strategies
  • Coordination of internal resources and teams
  • Conducting market and competition analyses
  • Identification and evaluation of risks in the bidding process, as well as development of measures to minimize risks
  • Support and advice in sales activities

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree or technical education with a strong commercial background
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Extensive experience in proposal creation/bidding process
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills in German and English, additional foreign language skills are advantageous
  • Willingness to occasionally travel worldwide
