As part of a temporary replacement, we are looking for you to strengthen our team
Production Service / Maintenance at the earliest possible date.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You obtain quotes and place orders (e.g. consumables, spare parts, service calls, etc.) after consultation
  • You take care of tracking deadlines and process returns
  • You perform invoice checks based on delivery notes, service reports, etc.
  • You support through digitization of documents, maintenance of order and machine files, and creation of various evaluations
  • You assist your superiors with additional administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
  • You ideally have professional experience in a similar position
  • You are experienced in working with MS Office and using SAP MM and PM
  • You have a structured, independent, and reliable way of working
  • You have a technical understanding
