- Minimum 5+ years of experience in case management or related health or human services field.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.

• Proven ability to work in a multi-functional, collaborative workplace setting (that includes day-
to-day workings with senior management, collegiate staff, and vendors).
• Proven ability to develop and implement actions, plans, or decisions with hands-on oversight by

Job DescriptionAssociation Headquarters is searching for a Director of Education & Industry Relations' primary focus is to support the work of the CIRO with individuals and/or organizations that are interested in CCM Certification, CDMS Certification, and related support products and offerings through CCMC's broader marketing and promotions efforts. The Director of Education & Industry Relations will monitor industry trends and developments to assist in the maintenance and development of CCMC certification programs (CCM & CDMS), products, services, and offerings. Director of Education & Industry Relations also supports professional development and education activities in conjunction with CIRO.
