- Prepare BOLs, commercial invoices, and process freight claims.
- Making special or same-day shipping arrangements as necessary
- Utilize local courier ship manager terminals such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL by making sure shipping methods comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Stay current on international export requirements such as new commodity codes and customs regulations to ensure compliance to legal regulations.
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
- Maintains and orders appropriate shipping supplies necessary to maintain shipping readiness.
- Conduct inventory of Finished Goods monthly.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area.

- Good computer skills, Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Teams, and strong math skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and be able to work overtime as required

Job Summary
The Senior Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically regarding customer satisfaction. As a logistic coordinator, customer satisfaction is a priority as this is how business remains successful. Additionally, a logistic coordinator is well-versed in supply management principles and practices. Responding immediately to customer questions and complaints and notifying them of any delays in the delivery schedule is essential to this position. The logistic coordinator will also work with internal production leaders identifying potential shipments.
