for our client in the

Role Description:
The

Budget Analyst

must have at least 6+ years of experience.

Job Duties:

Vendor management of all scope of work projects, and monthly, quarterly, and annual budget management.
All Scope of Work creation for campaigns and new operational programs, overseeing CIDs along with processing invoices through various vendors.
Marketing campaign management tracking with ROI measures to spend, creating and reading out leadership monthly readouts and supporting crossfunctional employees and various vendors.
Reconciling and maintaining all expense reports in accordance with guidelines including support of contractual payments to content vendors (onboarding, PO & invoices, reconciling).
In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for some administrative support, including but not limited to: Managing schedule and appointment calendar(s) and maintaining sensitivity to changing priorities.
Working with Executive Assistants to coordinate Executive schedules.
Performing Ad hoc projectrelated duties as requested.

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Must Have Skills:

Ability to manage multiple assignments at once.
The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
The ability to ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive and protected information.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong verbal communication skills and polished written skills.
Fluency in Google Workspace

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience

This position will not cover relocation expenses

Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
