On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Store Manager (m/f/d) for our three stores in the Ravensburg area for a full-time position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Full management of 3 specialty stores
Leadership and training of 4 employees (m/f/d)
Independent creation of crossstore sales promotions
Implementation of ecommerce campaigns in stores
Additional coldcalling activities with potential large customers onsite

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a retail clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk or similar qualification
Relevant work experience, e.g. as an Assistant Store Manager or in outside sales, is desirable
Enthusiasm for a mix of outside sales and store management, including employees
High motivation and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills, team spirit and good manners
