Senior Sales Executive - Beloit, United States - The Studer Family of Companies
Description
This person should be an outgoing, energetic and creative sales professional who is a clear self-starter with strong sales and relationship skills.
This position will be involved with maximizing revenue for the new ABC Supply Stadium in downtown Beloit by selling full season ticket packages, servicing season ticket packages and selling premier group spaces, as well as group outings.
It is absolutely required that the individual applying for this position have 2 years of experience in sports sales and/or marketing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Self-starter. Ability to prospect all new leads without direction or necessity from other Beloit Sky Carp staff members. Maintain consistent dialogue with new and existing sales leads (minimum 75 outbound calls per day) while balancing other necessary touchpoints to drive successGenerate new revenue through campaign execution, cold calling, networking, and referralsMaximize existing revenue through relationship building, renewals and upsell opportunitiesIdentify and solicit new local and regional partners for season ticket packages and group hospitality spacesEngage in effective needs analysis to maximize packaging opportunities across entitiesConduct out of office and ballpark appointments with prospects and customersDevelop customized group programs using inventory controlled by the organization to generate net revenue and meet the needs of clients Develop and implement group incentivesEnsure all groups are servicedOther related duties as required Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports sales and/or marketing.
Proven track record of successExcellent, proven cold calling skillsHigh level of integrityStrong negotiating skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goalsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenTechnically proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Access)Strong skills in PowerPoint Photoshop is a plusStrong analytical skillsStrong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently and self-motivateStrong time management and organizational skillsStrong presentation skillsBeing able to think outside the boxAbility to attend company eventsAbility to work in fast paced environmentAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED WORK HOURS:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours will vary to include evening and weekend work according to business needs.
