Superior Technologies, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a passion for technology, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our technology solutions.
- Collaborate with our technical team to customize solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand technical concepts.
- Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed (approx. 40% of the time).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

From $40,000.00 per year
