Are you a self-driven professional who excels at providing excellent customer support?

Responsible for quoting and the execution of projects, while maintaining customer relations


Responsibilities include:

accurate and timely processing of quotes, orders, routings, and invoices, to maintain best possible lead time and equitable return for the company.

Expectations


You'll consult and work with other team members to ensure top quality work and the highest levels of customer satisfaction is achieved.

Quote all work utilizing pricing programs and available history, assuring best targeted profit.

Generate sales orders with accurate information for customers, in addition to shop orders with instructions to properly route and execute work required.

Communicate with customers on a regular basis, coordinating when the product is ready to ship, and inform the production floor when the product is scheduled for pick up.


Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or six months to one-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong communication skills for verbal and written communication. Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-directed and motivated with the ability to interact with customers as required.
