    Job DescriptionIT Business Systems Analyst IITeamSoft IT Solution's client is looking for a direct hire IT Business Systems Analyst II. This position is hybrid in Downers Grove, IL for a manufacturing company. This direct hire position pays between 90,000- 95,000/yearIT Business Systems Analyst II Job Summary:
    • Develops and maintains a working relationship and understanding of business operations and system interfaces throughout the company.
    • Serves as the primary liaison between IT and assigned business functional areas.
    • Responsible for requirements gathering, specification development, test plan development, and execution through interviews, workflow analysis, and/or facilitated discussions with others.
    • Assist in evaluating business needs, research, and perform impact analysis of new requirements or changes.
    • Gathers, analyzes, and reports on data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and architect business solutions that leverage ERP capabilities.
    • Documents business processes and/or system functionality. Develops and maintains the corporate knowledge base for ERP and ancillary applications and associated environments.
    • Serves as an expert on the functional configuration, capabilities, and usage of the company ERP system.
    IT Business Systems Analyst II Qualifications:
    • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
    • 4 years of professional working experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
    • 3 years of experience supporting modern ERP and IT applications; defining and mapping business processes and understanding integration between various applications.
    • Deacom ERP experience is preferred, but not required.
    • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
    • Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
