  • Development of new business areas in the field of land and air forces
  • Identification and acquisition of customer needs and requirements for potential business field developments with the customer Bundeswehr
  • Conducting market analyses on technological trends. Identifying future technologies relevant to the customer.
  • Implementation of customer requirements into existing and new processes, as well as solution development
  • Consulting the customer on radio technology issues and developing solutions based on them
  • Identifying and coordinating dependencies between existing projects and new business areas
  • Conducting and moderating customer workshops
  • Project monitoring and reporting
  • Completed IT training or degree and at least five years of professional experience in the field of radio technology
  • Solid experience in project and process management
  • Experience in the public sector, preferably in the context of the Bundeswehr
  • Knowledge in the field of military communications technology or a good understanding and enthusiasm for radio and telecommunications technology desirable
  • At least one of the following certifications: IREB, ITIL, IPMA, PMI or equivalent
  • Enjoyment of digitalization topics and technological trends
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of communication ability
  • Willingness to travel (40%)
