Responsibilities:

The Journeys and Adventures that Await:

I&T support and ownership of 2 to 3 Epic modules and related PACS systems
60% of time dedicated to daily operational support and quarterly system updates
20% of time dedicated to projects which includes supporting system enhancements/new features, enhanced workflow design, and optimization
Investigate complex system errors and/or failures and coordinate the resolution of these issues
Document clinical or operational workflows and the technical tools within the system to enable those workflows
Utilize project management skills for planning, testing scripts updates, reviewing of release notes, testing workflow and build changes for quarterly updates and system upgrades.
Provides oncall support Mentor Analyst I roles and outside vendors to learn internal processes and technical concerns.

Qualifications:

The Experiences You Bring

Bachelor's Degree from fouryear college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 2 years, with 4 or more preferred of related technical experience to include implementation, support or hands on end user experience with Epic Experience with process improvements Healthcare experience required.
Activities involve primarily sitting for prolonged periods of time with extensive work using computer keyboard and monitor.
Ability to process information and communicate data clearly and succinctly.
Ability to support the enduser and technical operations staff as required by providing excellent customer service
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills for process development and problem resolution
Ability to process information logically Ability to effectively escalate concerns or problems to leadership
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
