Responsibilities:


The Journeys and Adventures that Await:

  • I&T support and ownership of 2 to 3 Epic modules and related PACS systems
  • 60% of time dedicated to daily operational support and quarterly system updates
  • 20% of time dedicated to projects which includes supporting system enhancements/new features, enhanced workflow design, and optimization
  • Investigate complex system errors and/or failures and coordinate the resolution of these issues
  • Document clinical or operational workflows and the technical tools within the system to enable those workflows
  • Utilize project management skills for planning, testing scripts updates, reviewing of release notes, testing workflow and build changes for quarterly updates and system upgrades.
  • Provides oncall support Mentor Analyst I roles and outside vendors to learn internal processes and technical concerns.

Qualifications:

The Experiences You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree from fouryear college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2 years, with 4 or more preferred of related technical experience to include implementation, support or hands on end user experience with Epic Experience with process improvements Healthcare experience required.
  • Activities involve primarily sitting for prolonged periods of time with extensive work using computer keyboard and monitor.
  • Ability to process information and communicate data clearly and succinctly.
  • Ability to support the enduser and technical operations staff as required by providing excellent customer service
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills for process development and problem resolution
  • Ability to process information logically Ability to effectively escalate concerns or problems to leadership
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
