From the sauna to the whirlpool to the relaxation lounge - MySpa offers a unique wellness experience in complete privacy.

In our own spa area, known as Wellzones, we have everything you need to relax and unwind.

To ensure our guests feel completely at ease, we are currently seeking a new team member for our service and reception department in Mannheim.


Responsibilities:

You will:


  • Personally attend to our guests throughout their entire stay: from checkin to accompanying them to the Wellzones
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks (no cooking required) and deliver them to the Wellzones
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness in the Wellzones
  • Provide serviceoriented care to our visitors and ensure the satisfaction and wellbeing of all guests
  • Coordinate preparation tasks and take responsibility for a smooth organizational and work flow

Qualifications:

  • Flexible with time and willing to work on weekends and holidays, as our spa operates 365 days a year
  • Organized and able to work well in a team
  • Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
  • Guest and serviceoriented, preferably with previous experience in the service industry
  • Someone who values cleanliness and hygiene
  • Interested in wellness and spa topics

You have:


  • A caring and respectful attitude towards others, colleagues, and products
  • A strong focus on service and quality, as well as a deep understanding of the needs and desires of others
  • Education or experience in the service or hospitality industry,
