We are currently seeking a qualified pedagogical professional for a 75% to 100% full-time position at our daycare center.

The Martin Luther King Evangelical Daycare Center is part of the "Evangelical Church Community in Gropiusstadt" and is located in the southern district of Neukölln, directly behind the Gropius-Passagen shopping center at the Johannisthaler Chaussee subway station.

Our daycare center provides care, support, and education for 150 children aged eight months to school entry, during our opening hours from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Our facility is divided into three areas: two preschool areas with 55 children each and a nursery area with 40 children.

We are looking for motivated employees who are dedicated, friendly, flexible, and enjoy working with children and their parents.

You will have the opportunity to implement and further develop our concept while working in a friendly and dedicated team and collaborating closely with the church community.

Your qualifications and skills should include a completed education as an educator, solid expertise in the field, empathy in dealing with children and parents, and the ability to work cooperatively in a team.
