Roles & Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Hone, centerless grind, CNC lathes, and speed lathes in order to meet daily production and quality requirements.
Must be able to interpret blueprints, setup machines, edit offsets within programs, and perform tool offset adjustments as required to machine specialty bearings.
Must be able to perform inspections of dimensions machined, including threads, inner diameters, outer diameters, lengths, widths and undercuts/grooves.
Must model safe behaviors.
Must follow company quality control standards to include inprocess inspection and documentation.
Must be able to read and interpret engineering prints.
Must be able to give and receive written and oral instructions in English.
Must be able to make decisions, communicate effectively and work well with others in a team environment.

Experience:

Must have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
Performing Trim/Deburr operations (preferred).
Operating CNC Lathes (preferred).

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

Skills/Certifications:

Formal CNC Training Desired.
Must be a quick learner.

Physical & Environmental Elements:

Must be able to lift 25 pounds unaided.
Must wear protective toe with metatarsal guard footwear and safety glasses while working in the facility.

Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Pay Range:
$18 to $22/hour.**
