About the Position:


To strengthen our location in Düsseldorf, we are looking for lawyers (m/f/d) for the Corporate/M&A and Private Equity department to advise on national and cross-border transactions.

Are you interested in advising on international M&A transactions for strategists and financial investors (buy and sell-side), joint ventures, restructurings/carve-outs, and general corporate law? Then become part of our rapidly growing Corporate/M&A practice in Düsseldorf.

Our clients include national and international companies and investors of various sizes and industries.

Our Corporate/M&A team is well-known in the cross-border transaction business and regularly advises on a variety of projects. Mr. Martin Gerner, partner in Düsseldorf, and the entire team are looking forward to getting to know you.


Our Expectations of You:


  • You are a recent graduate (m/f/d) or already have professional experience
  • You have demonstrated your excellent legal skills through aboveaverage exams, a doctorate and/or an LL.M.
  • You are interested in economic contexts
  • Motivation, high commitment and the ability to work in a team are particularly important to us
  • Your solid English skills are secure in both written and spoken form
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the areas mentioned above
