    International Product Manager (Orem, Utah)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversees product launch and life-cycles in assigned international markets.
    • Drives product development, strategy, and design from inception through manufacturing and market introduction.
    • Identifies market gaps, conducts research, establishes product requirements, and sets production timetables and pricing.
    • Evaluates current and future product lines, comparing them to competitors' offerings to determine strengths and weaknesses.
    • Sets product marketing communication goals by providing source data for product line communications.
    • Brings new products to market through ROI analyses, time schedule establishment, and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.
    • Markets new products via comprehensive planning with sales, advertising, and production departments.
    • Ensures operational requirements are met, product development deadlines are adhered to, and quality control measures are in place.
    • Leads cross-functional project teams to drive product innovation and commercialization.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Required

    • Demonstrated attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and fostering collaboration.
    • Strong track record in product innovation and development, proficient in project management tools.
    • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Project, and Excel, alongside budgeting, purchasing, technical, and manufacturing knowledge.
    • Experience in data analytics, metrics management, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

    Product Manager Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

    • Must have a Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, or a related field pertinent to the product industry.
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience, including international product portfolio management.
    • Preferred certifications include Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) Professional Certification, with CPG experience in FDM considered advantageous.
    • Proficiency in using project and workflow management tools is expected.
