Your tasks:

Conduct calculations and simulations to analyze the electromagnetic and thermal behavior of eMotors
Develop and design synchronous motors, including magnetic circuits, windings, insulation, and industrialization
Take projects from the concept phase to series production readiness
Prepare and contribute to internal and customer meetings, as well as process inquiries
Create solution proposals within the team and present them to the customer
Monitor and evaluate new electromagnetic concepts and technologies
Analyze suitability and industrialization in specific applications
Create technical files and documentation for internal and external reporting
Support motor and system testing, as well as industrialization processes

At least 3-5 years of work experience in the field of electric motors
Completed studies in electrical engineering, with a focus on eMotors and propulsion (M.Sc./PhD) or similar
Result-driven attitude with a curiosity for new products
Strong understanding of mechanics and materials
Proficiency in Finite Element Software (Altair, Ansys, Jmag, Femm)
Experience in system simulation (Altair Activate, MATLAB) is preferred
Ability to work independently with a confident
