The Administrative Coordinator I works under general supervision and provides administrative support for the Office of the Dean of the School of Public Health.

Salary:
Compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire's experience.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of related experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Planning and organization skills
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Coordinates onsite parking, vehicle reservations, and vehicle maintenance
- Oversees mail distribution for the School of Public Health
- Participates in the planning and execution of administrative operations
- May serve as the office manager
- Monitors office procedures
- Researches, interprets, compiles, and responds to inquiries about rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Facilities Support
- Coordinates building space and repair requests, tracks requests to ensure followup and completion
- Makes recommendations for process improvements, administrative changes, or new initiatives
Logistical Support
- Plans and coordinates logístical and administrative support for events, meetings, or other special functions and provides onsite support (may include evening and weekends)
- Performs other duties as assigned
