- Make daily calls to current/prospective clients to build relationships and provide sales support.
- Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to stay on top of new technology.
- Assist clients in reducing costs and improving profitability by having a thorough grasp on Winncom and Winncom partner products and solutions.
- Maintain a thorough and expansive understanding of the telecommunications industry and trends.
- Take an active part in industry specific trade shows.
- Develop new business relationships.
- Respond to inquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Clarify customers' understanding of products and services by explaining product and service features, answering questions, and offering relevant information.
- Continually monitor industry competition and regularly communicate findings to management through reports and other necessary written material.
- Maintain rapport with customers by making periodic contact, investigate new opportunities, and resolve problems.
- 4-year college degree in business or related field or equivalent documented experience and skills required.
- Past corporate and/or technical sales preferred.
- Prior telecommunication, customer service, and/or government sales experience preferred.
- Fluent English required, additional Languages plus (preferred Polish, Russian).
- Home office required.
- Professional communication skills in person, on the phone, by email, in public speaking situations, or through other means.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, be flexible, and have a willingness to adapt to rapid change.
