    Now Hiring Inside Sales ManagerFull Time JobLocation: Solon, OH 44139
    Job Summary:The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for growing Winncom Technologies' market share by achieving sales objectives, developing new customer relationships, and maintaining and nurturing current customers in their specified geographic area and market segment. This person will provide measurable sales objectives, will understand market competition, will quickly identify, and prioritize new opportunities, and will understand, track, and develop sales strategies based on market trends. The Inside Sales Manager – EMEA Region will work collaboratively with management, other sales managers, marketing, product management, and the customer to build profitability and loyalty with the client. What You'll Do:
    • Make daily calls to current/prospective clients to build relationships and provide sales support.
    • Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to stay on top of new technology.
    • Assist clients in reducing costs and improving profitability by having a thorough grasp on Winncom and Winncom partner products and solutions.
    • Maintain a thorough and expansive understanding of the telecommunications industry and trends.
    • Take an active part in industry specific trade shows.
    • Develop new business relationships.
    • Respond to inquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Clarify customers' understanding of products and services by explaining product and service features, answering questions, and offering relevant information.
    • Continually monitor industry competition and regularly communicate findings to management through reports and other necessary written material.
    • Maintain rapport with customers by making periodic contact, investigate new opportunities, and resolve problems.
    What You'll Need:
    • 4-year college degree in business or related field or equivalent documented experience and skills required.
    • Past corporate and/or technical sales preferred.
    • Prior telecommunication, customer service, and/or government sales experience preferred.
    • Fluent English required, additional Languages plus (preferred Polish, Russian).
    • Home office required.
    • Professional communication skills in person, on the phone, by email, in public speaking situations, or through other means.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated customer service abilities.
    • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, be flexible, and have a willingness to adapt to rapid change.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
    • Possess a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
    • Be a positive, creative team member.
    • Be self-driven, professional, and organized with good follow-up and follow-through skills.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolong periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
