- Work closely with community management to offer personalized care to residents
- Provide resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift
- Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs
- Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures following community policy
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Hold a CNA Certification from a state-approved program
- Demonstrate effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- Meet state or provincial health-related requirements
- Maintain any necessary certifications as per state/provincial regulations
