- Schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors effectively to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor quality of product being installed to ensure expected standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with Project Manager to regarding existing conditions, RFI's, observations etc. to ensure no unnecessary delays.
- Review all subcontract agreements to ensure that subcontractor is fully executing their contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate all required inspections
- Maintain daily log in Procore
- Maintain OSHA site compliance, as well as identifying and mitigating safety hazards.
- Ensure subcontractors have corrected all deficiencies identified
- Ensure the jobsite is always maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Assist in obtaining permits or approvals of revisions as needed.
- Assist in identifying and communicating areas of work that are required outside the contracted scope.
- Perform duties on multiple job sites as needed.
- Supervise and train assistant superintendent assigned to team as needed.
- Maintain a professional demeanor with all team members, subcontractors and clients as the onsite representative of the company.
- Minimum of five (5) years of commercial construction experience is required, including project management experience.
