CJM Construction, based in Deerfield, a leader in construction, design-build, commercial, residential and real estate development continue to grow and expand throughout Florida.

The Project Manager is responsible for CJM projects.

You will lead a team of field superintendents to ensure that company policies and procedures are met in regard to safety, scheduling, budget, quality and project goals.

You will have 10+ years' experience on commercial and high-end residential construction projects to;
Oversee and direct all CJM construction projects, Commercial and Residential from conception to completion
Ensure the day-to-day coordination of CJM's trade contractors and their subcontractors turn out high-quality work that meets CJM standards and that meet approved project schedules
Manage the project budget for general conditions and site services
Develop, document and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field
Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents to be able to create 2+ week look- ahead schedules and anticipate potential problems before they arise
Update the project using MS Project and Procore
Lead contractor meetings on a regular basis and bring projects from start to close out
Oversee daily reports and documentation using Procore and internal CJM systems
Ability to plan and see the "big picture"
