    ITNS Radio & SWC Global Media, LLC has been in the music and radio industry for over 17 years. We are hiring a customer care specialist to help us provide the best possible experience to every customer who interacts with us. The customer care specialist will bridge the gap between what our customers need and what we're delivering — helping us to not only meet but also exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate is dedicated to going above and beyond for our customers, leaving no stone unturned in the quest to solve their challenges and make them feel valued. Must have a quiet, undisturbed home office during shift assigned.

    Role Objectives:

    · Answer questions on our services and/or transfer to the appropriate department on our multiline phone system, by developing an in-depth knowledge of our offerings and provide informative support and tailored recommendations to customers.

    · Have a professional attitude, entrepreneurial spirit; smart-working, self-motivated, confident and drive a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our brand.

    · Be able to keep up with a fast paced environment and maintain momentum consistent with the company.

    · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues.

    Responsibilities


    • Manage customer conversations across all our support channels online, and via phone. Keep records of our singers, songwriters and bands, plus our A&R Executives and State Directors and grow and maintain their social media, including the companies social media.


    • Answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team to ensure rapid support.


    • Proactively take steps to enhance the customer experience.


    • Create and maintain various documents and spreadsheets on Microsoft programs, must have knowledge and experience doing so.

    Required skills and qualifications:


    • Professional telephone etiquette.


    • Experience in Microsoft 365 and other office software.


    • Willingness to follow directions and desire to get the job done no matter what.


    • An entrepreneurial spirit; hard-working, self-motivated, and confident


    • An unending ability to implement feedback and be a fast learner.


    • Home office equipped with computer, scanner, printer, and fax along with unlimited phone and internet.


    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


    • Friendly and empathetic demeanor


    • Exceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgment.


    • Ability to respond to customer questions via calls and social media.


    • Ability to collaborate across departments and teams.


    • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably handling customer service, care, or success.


    • Proven track record of delighting customers and exceeding their expectations.


    • Excellent attention to detail


    • Ability to communicate in more than one language will help but not necessary.


    • Sales and closing experience.
